Clare has an Honours Degree in English & Media Studies. She initially worked at the legendary Hall Advertising in Edinburgh on accounts such as Kwik Fit and Wm Low, before training in PR at Harrison Cowley in Edinburgh where she worked on the Camelot National Lottery account, along with Barratt Scotland, John Menzies, and many other Scottish names.
In 2003 she launched Advantage PR, building a portfolio of consumer clients from scratch, including Muir Homes, whom she worked with for ten years, Hardies Property & Construction Consultants, who also proved to be ten year plus clients, I&H Brown, Blair Castle, Tighmor Homes, and the prestigious Cocoa Black Chocolate & Pastry School in Peebles.
